I’m a learning and talent development professional with over 13 years of experience across government, private, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. My work in learning strategy, curriculum design, leadership and career coaching, and training and facilitation has spanned four countries: the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and South Korea.

As a learning designer and facilitator, I design and deliver initiatives that build leadership capability, strengthen engagement, and align talent development with organizational goals. I also support non-native English speakers gain confidence in their speaking and presentation skills in corporate settings.

As a coach, I help professionals overcome challenges and pursue roles that align with their talents and values.
